PlanStreet at the 2026 MCN Annual Conference
PlanStreet is excited to attend the 2026 Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN) Annual Conference, taking place October 29–30 in St. Paul, Minnesota.
As Minnesota’s largest gathering of nonprofit professionals, the conference brings together more than 1,000 nonprofit leaders, teams, and community partners to connect, learn, and explore ideas that help organizations build stronger and more sustainable communities. This year’s theme, “Truth Be Told: Stories, Power, and the Future We Build,” will inspire conversations across leadership, technology, communications, fundraising, policy, finance, and more.
At PlanStreet, we’re looking forward to connecting with organizations doing meaningful work across Minnesota, learning from their experiences, and sharing how our Community-Based Care Platform can help teams coordinate services, simplify workflows, and better support the people and communities they serve.
