PlanStreet streamlines the provision of homecare services, makes life easier for the carers by providing schedules for chores and appointments, guidelines for groceries and medicines and any other services the client needs. All of this ultimately results in the best level of care for the home care client.
1. Information Collected
We collect, process, and retain information about you when you visit the Sites. You may choose to provide us with information, such as your name, email address, company information, street address, telephone number, or other information, to access protected information on our websites or so we can follow up with you after your visit. We may combine other publicly available information related to you or your organization from which you work for with the information that you provide to us. We may also use log files, cookies and similar technologies to collect information about the pages you view, links you click on, and other actions you may take when accessing our websites, services, or emails. We may collect and store this information and combine this information with other personal information you may have provided. We collect and use the following information to provide, improve, and protect our Services:
1.1. Account Information. We collect, and associate with your account, the information you provide to us when you do things such as sign up for your account, set up two-factor authentication (like your name, email address, phone number, payment info, and physical address), and/or allow access to third parties for whom you approve access to your information. Some of our Services let you access your accounts and your information via other service providers.
1.2. Uploaded Information. Our Services are designed to make it simple for you to store your files, documents, photos, comments, messages, and so on (“Uploaded Information”), collaborate with approved third parties, and work across multiple devices. To make that possible, we store, process, and transmit your Uploaded Information as well as information related to it. This related information includes information used to identify you to said approved third parties (your profile information) that makes it easier to collaborate and share your Uploaded Information with others, as well as things like the size of the file, the time it was uploaded, collaborators, and usage activity. Our Services provide you with different options for sharing your Uploaded Information.
1.3. Contacts. You may choose to give us access to your contacts to make it easy for you to do things like share and collaborate on your Uploaded Information, send messages, and invite others to use the Services. If you do, we’ll store those contacts in your account for you to use.
1.4. Usage information. We collect information related to how you use the Services, including actions you take in your account (like sharing, editing, viewing, and moving files or folders). We use this information to improve our Services, develop new services and features, and protect you and other users. By using the Services, you consent to our use of this information to improve our Services in any manner we deem necessary.
1.5. Device information. We also collect information from and about the devices you use to access the Services. This includes things like IP addresses, the type of browser and device you use, the web page you visited before coming to our sites, and identifiers associated with your devices. Your devices (depending on their settings) may also transmit location information to the Services.
1.6. Cookies and other technologies. We use technologies like cookies to provide, improve, protect, and promote our Services. For example, cookies help us with things like remembering your username for your next visit, understanding how you are interacting with our Services, and improving them based on that information. If you submit credit card, bank account, or other financial information (“Payment Information”) the Sites or through use of the Services, we may collect your credit card number and the other information necessary to provide the Services. 2. Bases for processing your data.
We collect and use the personal data described above in order to provide you with the Services in a reliable and secure manner. We also collect and use personal data for our legitimate business needs. To the extent we process your personal data for other purposes, we ask for your consent in advance or require that our partners obtain such consent. 2.3. Audit Administrator. As a user of the Services, your audit administrator shall have the ability to access and control your organization’s account. Please refer to your organization’s internal policies if you have questions about this. The audit administrator shall be responsible for determining other users’ access to account documents, messaging, and other information. Your organization and audit administrator are ultimately responsible for the administration and access of all related user accounts.
2.4. Geographic Restrictions. The Sites and Services are intended to be accessed and used by viewers in the United States only. If users access this site from other jurisdictions, they do so giving express consent to perform any data collection, sharing and usage that takes place on any site, app, email publication or other property as a consequence of your use of the Sites and/or Services; and you acknowledge and agree that, as an end user, you have been provided with clear and comprehensive information about, and consents to, the storing and accessing of cookies or other information on the end user’s device where such activity occurs in connection with a product to which this policy applies.
2.5. Law & Order and the Public Interest. We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or appropriate government request; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of our Sites, our Services, or our users; (d) protect our rights, property, safety, or interest; or (e) perform a task carried out in the public interest.
3. How your information is handled
User Controls. You can access, amend, download, and delete your personal information by logging into your account. You can also limit the way we collect and use your data by logging into your account and by sending written notice to us.
3.1. Retention. When you sign up for an account with us, we’ll retain the information you store on our Services for as long as your account is in existence or as long as we need it to provide you the Services. If you delete your account, we will initiate deletion of this information after 30 days. Please note:
- There might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage;
- We may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
3.2. Your right to control and access your information. You have control over your personal information and how it is collected, used, and shared. For example, you have a right to:
- Erase or delete all or some of your Uploaded Information in your account.
- Change or correct personal data.
- Access and take your data.
